We will initially conduct a review of your medical history. This is to assess any potential medical factors that might make microsuction unsuitable for you. The clinician will discuss any associated risks before ensuring your willingness to proceed.

We will initially conduct a review of your medical history. This is to assess any potential medical factors that might make microsuction unsuitable for you. The clinician will discuss any associated risks before ensuring your willingness to proceed.
Subsequently, using an otoscope, a magnification tool with a light, the clinician will inspect your ears to confirm that the earwax is sufficiently soft for microsuction removal.
If the wax is soft, the clinician will gently use a suction tube and probe to extract the wax from your ear.
In cases where the wax is too hardened for immediate removal, you may need to continue with softening drops and schedule a follow up appointment
